Welcome to Foxby Hill Care Home
Our philosophy is to provide the highest possible standards of care based on individual needs. We provide both nursing and residential care in the form of long term, short term, respite, palliative and day care services. We also have a separate dedicated dementia unit called the ‘Bluebell Suite . Our home is registered for 40 beds for nursing and residential residents for elderly and physically disabled people under age 65yrs.
The home is set in 2 acres of parkland ½ mile from the town centre of Gainsborough. All rooms are ground floor, some with en-suite, all with TV socket and a private telephone line if required. There are several private courtyard gardens and the home is tastefully decorated and well maintained throughout.
Our home has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where visitors are always welcome. We try to maintain our residents’ independence as much as possible but with help always at hand. Our activities co-ordinator will ask if there are any hobbies or interests that residents wish to maintain or pursue and our catering staff will ensure that the menus reflect everyones favourite foods. We have nurses on duty 24 hours a day and our home Manager will keep you fully informed of the care provided and encourage you and your family to be involved in the planning of your care.
